Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Electrical Superintendent in identifying and implementing process improvements within the electrical department to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, machinery, and control panels.
- Support the design and planning phases of electrical projects, including creating and reviewing layout drawings and schematics.
- Ensure strict adherence to local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards during all operations.
- Conduct tests and measurements to verify system performance and prepare detailed technical reports for management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, maintenance logs, and project records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support project milestones effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, support, or engineering roles (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical schematics, and standard office software (MS Office, Excel).
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, circuit theory, and power distribution systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting and team collaboration.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Pusat and comply with site-specific safety protocols.
