Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of electrical design and M&E projects, ensuring technical integrity, quality, and timely delivery.
- Provide expert technical guidance and oversight to electrical engineering teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Review, validate, and approve electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure compliance with relevant local and international standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, architects, and internal project managers to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Implement stringent quality control procedures and best practices for electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules pertaining to the electrical scope of work.
- Participate in tender submissions, providing comprehensive technical input and accurate cost estimations for potential new projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and construction methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in electrical design and M&E project management within the construction or building services sector, with significant exposure in Singapore.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, relevant electrical standards (e.g., SS, IEC), and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and project management tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
