Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, motors, transformers, and control panels to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using schematics, test equipment, and technical manuals.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Execute emergency repairs and maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance engineers and production supervisors to implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Train junior staff on proper electrical safety procedures and equipment operation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC systems, HMI, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with electrical codes (e.g., ICEA/NEC) and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
