As an Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our advanced manufacturing equipment. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in electrical maintenance and a passion for optimizing production processes.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and machinery within our facility. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and ensure that all equipment operates at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, and manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using testing devices such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Repair or replace defective wiring, relays, switches, and control panels.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve recurring machine breakdowns.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and company regulations (K3).
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and motor controls.
- Ability to read and understand complex electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
- Possess a valid electrical certification (e.g., SLO / K3 Electrical) is highly preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
