Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions using testing equipment, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Execute timely repairs of motors, wiring, control panels, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Ensure strict adherence to all electrical safety regulations, company policies, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade new electrical equipment and control systems as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment history.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for electrical processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational High School (SMK) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Electrical Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of electrical circuits, motor controls, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and instrumentation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Proficiency in using various electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures, with knowledge of industrial safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on-call as required by operational needs in Cikampek, Jawa Barat.
