Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions, including PLC issues, motor controllers, and sensor systems.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade electrical components and panels to meet production requirements.
- Monitor energy consumption and perform load testing to ensure optimal efficiency of equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and technical documentation for all interventions.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocols and company safety standards.
- Support the engineering team in commissioning new production line installations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control circuits.
- Experience working with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), VFDs, and industrial automation equipment.
- Ability to perform shift work and respond to emergency breakdowns as required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
