Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions, implementing effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Interpret complex electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical machinery and control panels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in strict compliance with safety regulations and organizational quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs and inventory levels of electrical components.
- Support facility-wide electrical infrastructure improvements and preventative maintenance programs.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an electrical maintenance role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLC systems, and industrial automation equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in the use of standard electrical testing instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Proven commitment to WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Flexibility to support shift work or urgent troubleshooting calls when required.
