Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, and control panels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Install, repair, and upgrade industrial electrical equipment and wiring
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local electrical safety regulations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering team on system optimization projects
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns
Kualifikasi
- Technical/Vocational degree in Electrical Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Valid electrical license or certification (e.g., PRC Board License)
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and ladder diagrams
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation
- Familiarity with food processing equipment electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and physically demanding environments
