Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in buildings, residential areas, and industrial facilities within palm oil plantations
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment including transformers, motors, and distribution panels
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and implement effective repair solutions
- Ensure all installations comply with national electrical codes and company safety standards
- Document maintenance activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain equipment inventories
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and energy optimization projects
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician or electrical technician
- Valid electrical work certification from Indonesian authorities
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, and control systems
- Ability to work in outdoor environments with exposure to tropical conditions
- Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
