Tanggung Jawab
- Perform electrical isolation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on industrial systems
- Execute plant shutdown procedures and manage contractor supervision
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in machinery and control systems
- Implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during operational changes
Kualifikasi
- Certified Chargeman Grade A/B/C or equivalent electrical certification
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and PLCs
- Proficiency in troubleshooting high-voltage equipment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
- Ability to supervise contractors and manage maintenance projects
