Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of electrical systems, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), and generators.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Monitor electrical loads and ensure optimal power distribution efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules (PM) according to company safety standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety regulations and company protocols.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and cabling of new electrical equipment.
- Document all maintenance activities and report technical issues to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience working in Data Centers, server rooms, or industrial plants (minimum 1-3 years).
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, UPS, PDH, and fire safety systems.
- Valid SKILLIN certificate is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and rotating shifts.
- Good problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
