Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and control panels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, transformers, and PLC systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical standards (SNI/IEC)
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during electrical interventions
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Support energy efficiency initiatives through system optimization
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized electrical projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of low/medium voltage systems and motor controls
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Valid electrical certification (STRUKTUR/SIPEL) preferred
- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens/Schneider) advantageous
- Problem-solving skills with systematic fault analysis approach
- Physical ability to work in plant environments and climb structures
