Tanggung Jawab
- Execute preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, machinery, and industrial equipment
- Perform precision welding tasks including fabrication, repairs, and modifications of metal components
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OHS regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and performance documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment efficiency and reliability
- Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate necessary parts procurement
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical systems, welding, and industrial maintenance
- Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS, ISO) and electrical competency certifications
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Strong knowledge of safety standards for industrial environments
- Experience with diagnostic tools and test equipment for electrical/mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
