Malayan Flour Mills is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrician to join our dedicated engineering team at our Lumut facility. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining the continuous efficiency of our plant machinery. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and repairs on electrical control systems, motors, and switchgears.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical infrastructure and plant upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs and repair history for audit and compliance.
- Adhere strictly to all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on plant expansion projects and process improvements.
- Monitor and manage electrical inventory, including spare parts and tools, to ensure operational readiness.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical faults to restore plant functionality as quickly as possible.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Valid Chargeman certification (A0/A1) is highly preferred.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience as an Electrician, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial plant setting.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical diagrams, PLC systems, and instrumentation.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Physical capability to handle manual labor and work in various plant environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts or provide support during weekend maintenance shutdowns.
