Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, fixtures, and building equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults, malfunctions, and power outages with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local electrical codes, safety protocols, and company regulations during installation and repair tasks.
- Install, maintain, and repair lighting systems, switchboards, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Inspect electrical panels and wiring regularly to identify potential hazards, wear and tear, or inefficiencies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate comprehensive facility upkeep and renovations.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Technical Vocational Course with Certificate of Competency in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (NC II or equivalent).
- Valid PLEA (Professional License for Electrical Engineers) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in building maintenance or commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
- Familiarity with Philippine electrical standards and OSHA safety regulations.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions and elevated areas.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
