Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including generators, motors, lighting, and navigation equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vessel electrical infrastructure
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and electrical standards
- Coordinate with engineering teams for system upgrades and modifications
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Train junior crew members on electrical safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid Electrical License (Philippine or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years experience in marine electrical systems
- Familiarity with SOLAS and IMO electrical regulations
- Certification in high-voltage systems (500V+ preferred)
- Experience with PLC systems and automation equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for AC/DC circuits
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Basic knowledge of welding and mechanical systems
