Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on vessel electrical distribution systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, circuit failures, and equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular servicing and troubleshooting of marine AC/HVAC units to ensure optimal climate control performance.
- Install, calibrate, and test electrical components, sensors, and instrumentation systems on board.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and technical records for all repairs performed.
- Coordinate with technical teams to upgrade or modify existing electrical systems for improved safety and efficiency.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with international maritime safety standards and company protocols.
- Provide technical support and guidance during shipyard dry-docking or major overhaul projects.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in marine electrical maintenance or industrial electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Solid understanding of AC/DC power systems, generators, and distribution panels.
- Experience with marine HVAC system maintenance and refrigerant handling.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on analytical diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a non-roster capacity.
- Valid maritime safety certifications or relevant trade licenses are highly preferred.
