Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision soldering, electronic assembly, and machine setup for automation systems
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of semiconductor equipment
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and technical specifications
- Support new equipment installation and system integration projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in soldering, assembly, or machine automation
- Proficiency in precision soldering techniques and electronic component assembly
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation controls, and semiconductor processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Experience with technical documentation and schematic interpretation
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
