- Lead electrical maintenance teams for production machinery and support systems
- Design and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenance experience
- 2+ years in team leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery
- Certification in electrical safety standards (e.g., LOTO)
- Experience with preventive maintenance methodologies
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team management skills
