Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical production machinery
- Diagnose complex equipment failures using diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Install, calibrate, and test new industrial equipment and control systems
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during equipment servicing
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ISO standards in all operations
- Support automation system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams
- Strong diagnostic skills for PLC systems, motors, and drives
- Familiarity with CAD software and precision measurement tools
- Valid electrical safety certification (e.g., Low Voltage)
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns
