Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical semiconductor equipment according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Perform regular calibration, functional testing, and quality assurance checks on finished units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures.
- Execute precise repairs and component replacements to restore equipment to optimal performance levels.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and equipment reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and quality control documentation.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, cleanroom regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in equipment assembly or industrial maintenance, preferably in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong hands-on experience with mechanical tools, multimeters, and precision measurement instruments.
- Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems and industrial safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to changing production schedules.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
