Are you an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) looking to advance your career with a dynamic and rapidly growing marine fleet? Having transformed from a humble tug and barge operator into a leading regional player in the Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) sector, our company is expanding its operations in Indonesia. We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious ETO to join our offshore crew.
In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical, electronic, and control systems onboard our modern fleet. You will work alongside a dedicated team of maritime professionals, ensuring compliance with international safety standards and maximizing vessel operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on all onboard electrical, electronic, and navigation systems.
- Ensure the reliable operation of power generation, distribution systems, and Dynamic Positioning (DP) equipment.
- Maintain, test, and service safety and emergency systems, including fire detection, emergency generators, and internal communications.
- Monitor and manage electrical spare parts inventory, preparing requisitions as necessary to minimize vessel downtime.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Engineer to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all electrical operations comply strictly with international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL) and company safety management protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Electro-Technical Officer (STCW III/6) Certificate of Competency (CoC).
- Minimum of 3 years of active sailing experience as an ETO, ideally on Offshore Support Vessels (OSV), AHTS, or PSVs.
- Possess valid STCW mandatory certificates (BST, AFF, MEFA, SCRB) and a valid Seaman's Book.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC systems, high voltage systems, marine automation, and electrical control circuits.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently under offshore conditions.
