This critical role involves managing and optimizing PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces), sensor networks, and marine control panel systems that drive our vessel automation. As a vital member of our technical team, you'll diagnose complex automation issues, implement preventive maintenance protocols, and collaborate with engineering departments to enhance system performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, program, and maintain PLC and HMI systems for marine applications
- Calibrate and troubleshoot sensor networks and control panel systems
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on navigation and automation equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electroautomation systems
- Document technical procedures and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration projects
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience with PLC/HMI systems in marine or industrial settings
- Proficiency in programming PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Strong understanding of marine control systems and navigation technology
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Certification in automation systems or industrial electronics (advantageous)
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
