As an Electromechanical Engineer, you will be based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, and will provide critical technical expertise across multiple hydropower sites. You will serve as the essential link between our electrical and mechanical engineering departments, ensuring seamless project execution and operational excellence. From initial feasibility studies and design optimization to on-site commissioning and ongoing maintenance, your comprehensive skill set will drive the performance and reliability of our power generation assets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing system data to identify efficiency improvements, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and leading preventative maintenance programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, review, and optimize electromechanical systems and components for hydropower projects.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and cost analysis for new equipment and system upgrades.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of turbines, generators, and control systems.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex electromechanical failures and performance issues.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering designs are integrated smoothly and effectively.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the Philippines is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in electromechanical engineering, preferably in the power generation or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of hydropower systems, including turbine technology and electrical balance of plant.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and travel to various project sites across the region.
