Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure machine uptime.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical issues in industrial equipment promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential faults before they lead to breakdowns.
- Install, calibrate, and test new production machinery and components.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and environmental standards during all technical tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize operational delays and optimize workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an electromechanical role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC systems, motor controls, and mechanical power transmission.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
- Proficiency in using standard electrical testing tools (multimeters, etc.) and mechanical hand tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical issues clearly.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cavite.
