In this vital role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive upkeep of our electric bike fleet and workshop equipment. Your day-to-day activities will involve diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical faults, performing precise repairs, and executing rigorous preventive maintenance schedules. You will work with cutting-edge technology including brushless motors, lithium-ion battery systems, and advanced controllers. Ensuring every vehicle leaving our workshop meets the highest safety and performance standards will be your primary objective.

Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electric bikes and charging equipment using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Perform assembly, disassembly, repair, and modification of mechanical drivetrains, braking systems, suspension, and electrical systems (motors, controllers, BMS, wiring harnesses).
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Conduct quality checks on repaired units and new arrivals to verify compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records, reports, and inventory logs for spare parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with the service team to develop efficient repair protocols and provide technical feedback to management.
- Ensure the workshop environment is clean, organized, and compliant with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a technical/vocational course in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an Electromechanical Technician or similar role, preferably within the automotive, electric vehicle, or consumer electronics sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical circuits, reading schematics, and using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in disassembling and reassembling complex mechanical assemblies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physically fit to lift heavy components (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and repair techniques in the rapidly evolving e-mobility industry.
