Lime Hotels and Resorts is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electromechanical Technician to join our dynamic engineering team in Pasay City. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our resort's physical plant, guest rooms, and utility systems. You will install, maintain, test, and repair complex equipment that integrates electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems throughout the resort.
- Install, calibrate, and repair electromechanical components, electronic circuits, and automated control systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve equipment failures.
- Inspect and monitor generators, water treatment systems, boilers, and elevator operations daily.
- Respond promptly to urgent guest room maintenance requests and back-of-house technical issues.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and hotel operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or vocational certificate in Electromechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Electromechanical Technician, preferably within a hotel, resort, or commercial facility.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, electronics, PLC, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostics tools, multimeters, hand tools, and power tools safely.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 resort operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first attitude.
