In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the operational reliability of our heavy equipment, specifically our hollow block making machines.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our production equipment, from initial installation to complex troubleshooting and routine maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise installation and assembly of hollow block making machines and related production equipment.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure long-term equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Repair and replace worn or damaged components, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Inspect machinery regularly for safety hazards and ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Calibrate sensors, meters, and control systems to optimize machine performance and output.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and technical reports accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, specifically with block making machines.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulic circuits, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, diagrams, and operation manuals.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting, climbing, and working in industrial environments.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Class 4) is an advantage for site travel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong time management abilities.
