Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain electromechanical equipment including conveyor systems, robotic arms, and automated sorting machines
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and document all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with engineers to implement system upgrades and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all technical operations
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 1-2 years of warehouse maintenance or electromechanical technician experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and PLC controls
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and multimeters
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid electrical or mechanical certification preferred
- Experience with warehouse automation systems highly desirable
