1Philamerica Partners INC. is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Specialist to join our dynamic ICT team in Makati City. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for managing the seamless exchange of digital information between our organization and our various trading partners.
A successful candidate will be responsible for the technical integrity of our data transmissions, ensuring that all business documents—from invoices to shipping notices—are processed accurately and without delay. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily EDI transaction logs to ensure successful transmission and receipt of business documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI mapping, translation, and transmission errors.
- Coordinate with external trading partners to facilitate new onboarding processes and technical testing.
- Develop and maintain precise data maps for various formats including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
- Collaborate with the internal IT and logistics teams to integrate EDI processes with existing ERP systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of EDI specifications, partner profiles, and communication protocols.
- Perform regular data integrity audits to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in EDI administration, data mapping, or technical support within an ICT environment.
- Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and FTP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex data discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
