Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop electronic circuits, systems, and hardware components based on production requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of electronic equipment to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve electronic system malfunctions.
- Implement process improvements and automation upgrades to optimize production line performance.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for all electronic designs, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative hardware solutions.
- Support the installation, calibration, and maintenance of specialized electronic manufacturing machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in electronic design, R&D, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, or OrCAD).
- Solid understanding of circuit analysis, embedded systems, and microcontroller programming.
- Experience with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering schematics.
