As an Electronic Operator specializing in server rack assembly, you will play a critical role in the deployment of mission-critical hardware. You will be responsible for the physical assembly, wiring, and initial testing of server racks, ensuring that all components meet our rigorous quality and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and install server racks, networking equipment, and power distribution units (PDUs) according to technical specifications.
- Perform precise cable management and routing to ensure optimal airflow and easy maintenance access.
- Conduct functional testing and verify hardware integrity prior to server deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware connectivity or mechanical issues during the assembly process.
- Document all build configurations and ensure compliance with site safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify process improvements in rack assembly speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec/Higher Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience in server rack assembly, data center operations, or electronic manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for hardware assembly.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and installation manuals.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift or move server-related hardware safely.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours and work efficiently to meet tight project deadlines.
