- Provide expert consultation and product recommendations to potential and existing clients.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify the best electronic solutions for customers.
- Perform product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest electronic technologies and industry trends.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or product consulting.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, consumer electronics, and related technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client relationship building.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license is highly preferred for site visits.
