Technofied Vision, a leader in innovative electronic solutions, is seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to join our team in the East Region of Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electronic systems and equipment, including printed circuit boards, power supplies, and communication devices. Your expertise in component-level rework will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and longevity of our products. You will work with advanced rework stations, hot air reflow systems, and precision soldering tools. You'll also utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators to troubleshoot and verify performance.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to documenting procedures and results accurately. Tanggung Jawab
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies to the component level, including BGA, QFN, and other fine-pitch components.
- Perform precision soldering and desoldering on surface mount (SMD) and through-hole components.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers to identify faults.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory and production equipment.
- Document all repair activities, test results, and component-level modifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on product design and reliability improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards, ensuring compliance with IPC guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical training.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electronic repair and component-level rework.
- Proficient in using manual and automated rework stations for SMD and through-hole components.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits, schematics, and datasheets.
- Excellent soldering skills with the ability to work on tight-pitch leads and micro-components.
- Familiarity with IPC-7711/7721 certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
