Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop auxiliary systems including FDAS, CCTV networks, and structured cabling
- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for system components and installation
- Conduct site supervision to ensure technical specifications and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients during project planning phases
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and international safety standards
- troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during system implementation
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- 2-3 years of experience in auxiliary system design and implementation
- Expertise in Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), CCTV systems, and structured cabling
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation including BOQs and design schematics
- Strong understanding of site supervision and construction project management
- Certification in relevant safety standards (e.g., NFPA, ISO) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Metro Manila
