Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and test printed circuit boards (PCBs) for electronic systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues in production environments
- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes and assembly lines
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with R&D teams on new product development and prototyping
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in PCB design and electronic circuit development
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad)
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production support methodologies
- Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
