Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee production machine operations and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Manage mass production product control systems to maintain quality standards and production targets
- Lead investment machine control projects, including installation, commissioning, and integration
- Implement and maintain 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) control protocols for operational excellence
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements
- Develop and execute engineering strategies to enhance production efficiency and product quality
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all engineering activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in production machine control or manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of 4M control principles and production management systems
- Proven leadership experience with engineering teams in manufacturing environments
- Technical expertise in automation systems, robotics, and production machinery
- Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues
- Proficiency in engineering software and production monitoring systems
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
