Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end maintenance, calibration, and repair of complex electronics systems and sub-systems.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting to identify hardware/software faults and implement effective corrective actions.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support to internal teams and clients to ensure minimal system downtime.
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and repair reports in compliance with industry safety standards.
- Support the lifecycle management of electronic components, including procurement verification and obsolescence tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive system improvements and reliability enhancements.
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and technical diagnostic equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electronics maintenance, repair, or field service.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multi-meters.
- Strong understanding of circuit board (PCB) troubleshooting, soldering techniques, and electronic schematic interpretation.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Experience with ISO standards and engineering documentation practices is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and technical staff effectively.
