Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell a wide range of electronic products, specifically focusing on Modena brand items.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of electronic gadgets and appliances is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
