Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and electronic systems down to the component level.
- Execute equipment setup, testing, and commissioning activities in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support R&D initiatives and manufacturing process improvements.
- Maintain detailed service logs, technical reports, and documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and quality control protocols at all times.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or operators when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical/electronic engineering roles (Field Service, R&D, Manufacturing, or Semiconductor).
- Diploma or Nitec in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, and testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
- Proven track record in equipment troubleshooting and system-level diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and hardware reliability.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in technical documentation.
