Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Elementary, Junior High, and Senior High School students
- Select and prepare appropriate instructional materials to enhance student learning
- Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area
- Valid teaching license/certification
- Experience teaching Elementary, Junior High, and Senior High School students preferred
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse classroom effectively
- Commitment to Christian education values and principles
- Proficiency in using educational technology and classroom management tools
