Tanggung Jawab
- Implement Montessori curriculum aligned with developmental needs of elementary/kindergarten students
- Create individualized learning plans to support diverse learning styles and abilities
- Prepare and maintain organized classroom environments with Montessori materials
- Guide students through hands-on activities promoting independence and critical thinking
- Assess student progress and maintain detailed developmental documentation
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support holistic child development
- Participate in continuous professional development and school community events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
- Montessori certification (AMS/AMI preferred)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in early childhood/elementary setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Creative classroom management skills and patience with young learners
- Excellent communication skills for parent-teacher partnerships
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certified in First Aid and Child Safety protocols
