- Oversee all aspects of elementary school operations and educational programs
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for teaching staff
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with educational standards and school values
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment for all students
- Manage student discipline, behavior, and overall well-being
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and school stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies
- Promote the school's mission, values, and educational philosophy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification and principal licensure
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience with at least 2 years in educational leadership
- Strong knowledge of elementary education best practices and methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including parents, staff, and community members
- Experience with curriculum development, implementation, and assessment
- Proficiency in educational technology and school management systems
