Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Grade 1 students in Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, PKn, and UOI
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Teaching certification or license
- Previous experience teaching elementary school students preferred
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, PKn, and UOI curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
- Patient, creative, and passionate about working with young children
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
