- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for elementary Math and Science aligned with curriculum standards
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with teaching colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning opportunities
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
- Maintain accurate academic records and student progress documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- Valid teaching certification/license (Philippine or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching elementary Math and Science
- Strong knowledge of constructivist teaching methodologies
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs
