Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor ELV projects including CCTV, access control, and BMS systems
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare project documentation including technical specifications, drawings, and installation procedures
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure quality standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians on ELV systems and project management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems, particularly CCTV, access control, and BMS
- Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including design, installation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Certification in project management (PMP) or ELV systems is a plus
