Willowglen Services Pte Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ELV Quantity Surveyor to join our growing engineering team. As a key member of our project management unit, you will be responsible for the financial and contractual administration of low-voltage (ELV) infrastructure projects. We are committed to delivering excellence in engineering services, and we are looking for a professional who is eager to gain valuable hands-on experience and advance their career in the construction and telecommunications sector.
In this role, you will oversee the cost management and procurement processes for various ELV systems. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with contract terms. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for ELV projects, including fire alarm, security, and structured cabling systems.
- Conduct detailed cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure project profitability and control.
- Review and evaluate contractor quotations, tenders, and subcontractor proposals to ensure accuracy and competitive pricing.
- Administer project contracts, including processing variations, claims, and interim payments.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical queries and commercial disputes.
- Monitor site progress, conduct site measurements, and maintain accurate project cost records.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, cost reports, and financial summaries for management review and approval.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the ELV or low-voltage sector.
- Professional qualification (e.g., BQSA, RICS) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or Citizenship.
