Tanggung Jawab
- Perform gamete processing, insemination, and embryo culture procedures in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor and document embryo development through microscopic assessment and time-lapse imaging
- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and quality control systems
- Adhere to strict biosafety protocols and ethical guidelines in all laboratory procedures
- Collaborate with medical team on patient-specific treatment protocols and outcomes
- Manage cryopreservation of gametes and embryos using advanced vitrification techniques
- Conduct laboratory quality assurance audits and implement process improvements
- Prepare detailed technical reports for clinical consultations and patient records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or related medical sciences (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in embryology laboratory settings
- Certification in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) procedures
- Proficiency in micromanipulation techniques (ICSI, assisted hatching)
- Strong understanding of embryology laboratory protocols and ISO standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in microscopic procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
