We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Engineer to join our high-performing technical team.
In this role, you will be a critical guardian of product quality and regulatory compliance. Your primary mission is to ensure the on-time launch of our innovative products by securing global RF and EMC certifications. Working closely with our Global Headquarters (HQ), you will navigate complex international standards to achieve a 'zero violation' record for all product launches. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive EMC and RF testing procedures for new product prototypes to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Manage the end-to-end global certification process in close coordination with the LG Global HQ organization.
- Analyze test data and provide technical recommendations for EMI suppression and circuit design optimization.
- Maintain and calibrate sophisticated testing equipment, including spectrum analyzers and anechoic chambers.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation required for regulatory audits and product filings.
- Monitor and stay updated on evolving global EMC regulations (CISPR, IEC, FCC) to prevent any standard violation accidents.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams during the early stages of product development to implement EMC best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in EMC/RF testing, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, shielding, and PCB layout optimization for EMI/EMC.
- Familiarity with international certification standards such as CISPR, IEC, and local SNI requirements.
- Proficiency in using laboratory test equipment like EMI receivers and signal generators.
- Effective communication skills in English for collaboration with global headquarters and technical reporting.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
