You will be responsible for operating our medical transport vehicles with the utmost care, adhering to all traffic regulations while navigating efficiently to pick-up and drop-off points. Beyond driving, you will act as a key member of the medical support team, monitoring patient vitals and providing essential assistance during transfers. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate medical transport vehicles safely and efficiently across Mandai and the surrounding North Region.
- Monitor and record patient conditions during transit to ensure stability.
- Assist medical personnel with the safe loading and unloading of patients using stretchers and mobility aids.
- Maintain the vehicle in optimal condition, including daily checks of fuel, fluids, and medical equipment.
- Ensure all patient documentation is accurately completed and submitted promptly.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience as an EMT, ambulance driver, or in a similar medical transport role is highly preferred.
- Recognized First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
- Strong physical stamina to assist in lifting and transferring patients.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure or in emergency scenarios.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation tools and managing time-sensitive routes.
